T-1000

If you're gonna try to take on Arnold, you would assume you'd need one thing: a bigger Arnold. As we've found out for years at the movies, bigger is not always better.

Robert Patrick's breakout role as the mimetic polyalloy (good grief, did I spell that right?) established new rules for not only special effects, but for villains as well. This guy could imitate anyone and make stabbing weapons with his body. And, boy oh boy, did he sure made the most of that wonderful feature. Foster parents, cops, Linda Hamilton... no one escaped the wrath of this thing.

Ruthless and lethal, the T-1000 took out whatever stood in its way, be it a person or fellow terminator. This is one Crazy Mofo that will send you running for the hills if you ever saw it coming. (For proof, just watch what happens during its cameo in Wayne's World.)

INTELLIGENCE - 5: Followed a simple plan, leaving no room for improvisation or creativity. Lethal but predictible.

POWER - 9: It can stab people at will with its body and has the strength of a Schwarzenegger. Wow!

VILENESS - 8: Enjoyed stabbing people in many different ways. Also didn't follow the "no kids or dogs" rule of abusing people.

SWAY - 4: Intimidation, unlike the older model terminator, was not its strongpoint. Less talking, more ass-kicking!

PURITY - 10: This thing is not just evil, it was programmed that way. It has one goal and will do anything to complete its mission.

PHYSICAL - 10: It can imitate anyone or anything it touches. Talk about the ultimate disguise!

TOTAL: 46
