TX

In terms of the advancement of technology, the T-1000 was an incredible achievement over the original model, the T-800. It improved upon the original's ability to disguise itself and blend in, as well as its ability to take damage and repair itself.

Ten years later, John Connor (Nick Stahl) discovers that he is being targeted by another cyborg from the future. This time, it's the TX (Kristanna Loken), an advanced model with many of the same capabilities of the T-1000, but also armed with a built-in plasma weapon equipped with nanotechnological ammunition. Essentially, this thing can attack by itself and by controlling the machines around it.

The reality is that the TX, like the original T-800, has been built with an endoskeleton at its core, but its exterior is the same mimetic polyalloy that formed the T-1000. So, it can withstand hundreds of small weapons rounds and a whole lotta shotgun blasts and a number of missle hits, and in a moment or two, reform its liquid metal exterior so its designer red leather suit will look brand new. However, if you were to, say, land a helicopter (or two) on top of the TX and pin it underneath, you could force it to take drastic measures to get unpinned; it can't just morph its way out from under.

As far as Terminators go, this little lady certainly kicks ass and represents her family line well. But at the end of the day, it has to be a bit embarassing to be destroyed by an "obsolete" model. Then again, maybe that's just a testament to the greatness of the original design. No wonder they never broke the mold when the first Ah-nold was created; they just keep on coming.

INTELLIGENCE - 5: Like her predecessor, the T-1000, this model has a straight-forward plan to follow.

POWER - 10: Not only can it beat up Ah-nold, but it has advanced features, including nanotechnology to control any machines in its way.

VILENESS - 8: Nothing is safe from its mission: cops, teenagers, any property whatsoever.

SWAY - 3: While they keep getting more powerful, Terminators also keep getting smaller, cuter, and have even less to say.

PURITY - 10: Not only is it programmed to be a complete badass, but it can reprogram other machines to do its will.

PHYSICAL - 10: It can imitate any person it touches (not to mention grow boobs at will!).

TOTAL: 46
